When you visit apx.ai, our web server automatically collects technical data that your browser transmits. This includes the IP address, the date and time of the request, the URL requested, the referrer, the user agent, and the HTTP status code.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for the purpose of operating the site securely and diagnosing technical issues. Log entries are retained for no longer than 30 days.

3. Analytics (Plausible)

We use a self-hosted instance of Plausible Analytics running on our own infrastructure at plausible.apx.ai. Plausible is a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track visitors across websites or over time.

When you send us an email or use the contact form on this site, the personal data you provide (name, email address, message content) is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. Messages are retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with statutory retention obligations.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted on infrastructure operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. All processing takes place within the European Union. No data is transferred outside the EU.
